Housing Rehabilitation Program

The Potter County Commissioners and Northern Tier Community Action Corporation will hold a public meeting on June 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Gunzburger Building, front conference room, Coudersport, PA to discuss the County submitting a HOME application to operate a housing rehabilitation program within the county for the benefit of persons who are age 62 and older and/or are disabled.  Comments on the County’s proposed application to begin a housing rehabilitation program may be submitted until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2024, by contacting Shawn McAulay, Northern Tier Community Action Corporation, 135 West Fourth Street, Emporium, PA 15834, Phone: 814-486-1161 x 213.
